Staff & Leadership

  • Hire and Train:

- Motivate and Lead:

- Manage Schedules:

Create staff schedules, assign responsibilities, and ensure adequate coverage.
- Performance Management:

Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and manage any disciplinary issues.

Sales & Operations

  • Daily Operations:

Supervise and ensure the smooth running of all daily store operations.
- Sales Targets:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and maximize profitability.
- Inventory Management:

Control stock levels, conduct counts, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure merchandise is available.
- Visual Merchandising:

Maintain visual standards, arrange displays, and ensure the store is clean and appealing.

Customer Service

  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
  • Customer Relations: Foster a positive customer relationship environment.

Financial Management

  • Budget Control:

Manage the store's budget, monitor expenses, and strive to meet financial targets.
- Sales Analysis:

Analyze sales reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Compliance & Maintenance

  • Health & Safety: Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement strategies to prevent theft, fraud, and other losses.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain overall store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
