Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily sales, fuel transactions, and shop/other service revenues.
  • Monitor and reconcile cash collections, deposits, and petty cash.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, journals, and accounting records.
  • Process payroll, employee advances, and statutory deductions (if assigned).
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and tax-related requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for billing, payment, and account reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
  • Safekeep and organize accounting documents and station records.
  • Support management in budget monitoring and expense control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in accounting, cashiering, or bookkeeping (experience in a gasoline station or retail industry is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and MS Office/Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
