Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the end-to-end processing of claims, including data entry, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Review and verify claim forms, supporting documents, and ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and gather necessary information.
  • Maintain and update claim records in the system.
  • Monitor claim status and escalate delays or issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to claims processing and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations and claims team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in administrative or operations support, preferably in claims or insurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and data management systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
