
PhilHealth Claims Processing Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to manage administrative tasks related to PhilHealth claims processing.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and receiving claims, reviewing each document for completeness and accuracy, analyzing variances in accordance with PhilHealth policies, determining patient benefit coverage, and verifying claim submissions align with financial reports.
- The candidate will also collaborate with the Accounts Receivable Analyst and Team Lead to ensure quality monitoring and timely submission of PhilHealth claims, update monitoring reports, maintain files necessary for claims filing, and stay informed about updates and circulars related to hemodialysis by regularly checking the PhilHealth website.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Familiarity with hospital billing software and electronic claims systems is an advantage.
- Administrative and Organizational Skills:
- Strong administrative abilities with excellent organizational skills are essential.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in handling documents and data is required.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of PhilHealth policies and procedures is beneficial.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is required.
