 Job Responsibilities:

Fully manage hotel operations on Agoda and  platforms, including:

• Room availability, rate planning, promotions, and inventory optimization.

Develop and implement strategies to increase exposure, conversion rates, and occupancy.

Maintain strong working relationships with account managers from both platforms to stay updated on policies and marketing opportunities.

Monitor key performance indicators (CTR, conversion, occupancy, guest ratings) and conduct regular data analysis and optimization.

Handle guest reviews and complaints professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction scores.

Collaborate with the front desk, customer service, and marketing departments to ensure consistent execution of OTA strategies.

 Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role and function, focused on operating Agoda and  accounts for hotels.

Proven expertise in managing OTA backend systems and understanding platform-specific policies and algorithms.

Strong skills in dynamic pricing and revenue management based on market trends and competitor analysis.

Analytical mindset with a focus on results and performance metrics.

Excellent communication skills in English and strong cross-functional collaboration ability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel PMS tools (e.g., Opera, eZee, Cloudbeds) is a plus.

Must be physically based in the Philippines and able to work on-site; remote work is not permitted.

 Preferred Qualifications (not required):

• Direct working experience with Agoda and  account managers.

• Background in managing multiple hotels or working with serviced apartments or branded hotel chains.

• Familiarity with other OTAs like Expedia, Airbnb,  is a bonus.
