Your Role

The
CMS Client Services & Implementation Officer
facilitates the on-boarding and client support of Cash Management Products in accordance to the product specifications and implementation procedures. The incumbent works closely with product and sales team to deliver excellent service, risk management, and promote Maybank brand by ensuring process, operation, documentation and onboarding are coordinated across respective units.

How you will contribute

  • Scheduling of product implementation activities such as enrollment, installation, training on supported Cash Management Products
  • Prepare application installers, converters applicable, and other materials necessary to conduct technical support activities
  • Review from time to time the schedule of activities to ensure completeness of work
  • Support CMS Sales through customer training
  • Provide and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Support product team in terms of product improvements
  • Take advantage of available time to study on how to improve/enhance systems to exceed customer needs
  • Provide updates on deals received
  • Provide technical support on handled Cash Management Products
  • Support on Cross-selling initiatives

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably with Computer, Programming and IT related Course Graduate
  • At least 2 years Cash Management Implementation experience or similar related work
  • Experience in product/service implementation of Cash Management services or other related products
  • Good understanding of IT program and systems
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgeable in VBA programming is an advantage but not required
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Experienced in Customer handling/support
