About Us

SariPondo is a fast-growing supply chain financing tech startup, with the goal to serve the 1M+ Sari-Sari stores in the Philippines

Our platform offers inventory credit to Sari-Sari stores, giving them access to much-needed financing while helping them unlock growth

We are asset-light, have proven our concept works, and are backed by experienced entrepreneurs with an FMCG DNA

We are now building the next version of our tech platform—credit scoring, real-time data dashboards, and distribution workflows built into daily operations—and we need a hands-on Product Manager to own the process and work hand-in-hand with our external developers to deliver a user-friendly, scalable solution

Key Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap: Prioritize features based on business impact, customer needs and tech feasibility

Translate business needs into detailed product specs: user stories, wireframes, acceptance criteria

Interface between internal stakeholders (Founders, Operations) and the external development team to ensure timely delivery

Set up and monitor project management tools, as needed, to track progress

Define success metrics and work with data analysts to ensure we can measure performance (repayment rates, MAU growth, loan size, etc.)

Test and validate features before launch, working hand-in-hand with the external dev team's quality assurance team

Continuously gather feedback from sari-sari store users, distributors and internal teams to improve product fit

Manage integrations with credit scoring tools, payment gateways and supply chain systems

Track and manage vendor performance for outsourced dev work, ensuring timelines and costs are controlled

Qualifications

5+ years experience as product manager, ideally in fintech, supply chain or e-commerce

Strong understanding of app development process (front-end, back-end, APIs, databases)

Experience working with external development agencies or remote teams

Familiarity with data analytics and ability to define data requirements

Comfortable in fast-paced, resource-limited startup environments

Bonus: experience in credit/lending platforms, FMCG distribution, or adjacent industries

Bonus: Mobile App development capabilities
