Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and ensuring the effective display and sales of assigned products in the store. Acts as the product expert to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Ensure products are well-displayed, replenished, and meet merchandising standards.
  • Achieve sales targets and support promotional activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales concerns.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store team for restocking.
  • Train co-staff on product features and selling points.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of retail or sales experience.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of product features and ability to explain benefits clearly.
  • Team player, organized, and target-driven.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
