Overview:
Our client is seeking an Insurance Unit Manager to lead our team of insurance advisors. The ideal candidate will oversee the team, ensuring sales targets are met, and provide clients with expert advice on insurance policies. The role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors.
    • Set sales targets and monitor performance.
    • Implement strategies to achieve business goals.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  2. Client Consultation:
    • Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide suitable policy options.
    • Explain the features, benefits, and terms of various insurance products.
  3. Policy Management:
    • Assist clients in processing claims and resolving any issues.
    • Ensure all policy documents are up-to-date and accurately maintained.
  4. Sales and Marketing:
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  5. Customer Service:
    • Provide ongoing support and advice to existing clients.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  6. Compliance:
    • Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all activities comply with legal requirements.
    • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions.

Requirements:

  1. Age: 25-35 years old.
  2. Educational Attainment:
    • University Degree.
    • Post-graduate education is preferred.
  3. Civil Status:
    • Married or single with dependents.
  4. Work Experience:
    • Experience as an entrepreneur/business owner or professional (e.g., accountant, lawyer, engineer).
    • Sales management or supervisory level experience.
    • Experience managing a team.
  5. Job Tenure Background:
    • Minimum of 3 years with each employer.
  6. Behavioral Characteristics:

  7. Plus Factor:
