We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor to join our growing team This role combines traditional editing (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop) with AI video tools (such as Sora, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Descript, or OpusClip) to produce high-quality, engaging videos for social media, ads, and campaigns.

You'll collaborate with our marketing and creative leads to develop AI-enhanced workflows, localize content, and deliver videos that tell compelling stories and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit and enhance video content for reels, stories, YouTube, ads, and training clips.
  • Apply storytelling techniques — pacing, transitions, music selection, and visual rhythm.
  • Integrate subtitles, motion graphics, overlays, and localized assets when needed.

2. AI-Driven Video Creation

  • Use AI tools for video generation, lip-syncing, dubbing, and content adaptation.
  • Experiment with workflows for scene generation, B-roll creation, and script-to-video production.
  • Help build a smooth, efficient pipeline for AI-assisted video production.

3. Localization & Translation

  • Work with pre-translated scripts and English audio to create professional edits.
  • Integrate subtitles in Hebrew or other languages with precise timing and alignment.
  • Maintain quality consistency between the original and localized versions.

4. Creative Development

  • Brainstorm new video ideas, campaigns, and short-form strategies.
  • Suggest new visual styles, editing formats, and innovative AI tools.
  • Contribute to storyboarding and concept visualization.

5. Platform Optimization

  • Adapt content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining creativity and accuracy.
  • Deliver high-quality edits under tight deadlines.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with AI-based tools (e.g., Sora, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Descript, OpusClip).
  • Excellent understanding of pacing, transitions, and sound design.
  • Strong command of English for scripts and dialogues.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and creative judgment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with After Effects.
  • Background in digital marketing or social media video campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI voice, dubbing, or image tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Leonardo).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, or sound mixing.
  • Innovative mindset and eagerness to learn new tools quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
