We're Hiring: Financial Data Optimization Specialist

eTap Inc. is looking for a Financial Data Optimization Specialist to join our Accounting and Finance Operations Department. This role is perfect for someone passionate about financial reporting, data analytics, and process improvement.

What You'll Do:

  • Validate, reconcile, and optimize financial data (supporting AMLA compliance)
  • Develop dashboards and automate reporting tools
  • Streamline reporting workflows to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven insights
  • Support compliance, audits, and proper documentation

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field (CPA/Data Analytics certification is a plus)
  • 1–2 years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or audit
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SQL preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and a collaborative team player
