Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehouse or blast operations is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
  • Able to work in a cold environment with temperatures around +5°C.
  • This position is under agency employment.
  • Willing to be assigned in Tibungco, Davao City.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor attendance of all blast-related personnel (Checker, Blastman, Layerer, Harvester, Harvest Checker) at the start of each shift to ensure adequate manning.
  • Train blast personnel as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain the weekly work schedule for blast staff.
  • Facilitate the preparation and availability of materials required for blasting operations (e.g., baker crates, pallets).
  • Ensure accuracy of BFRR (Blast Fresh Receiving Report) and BFWR (Blast Fresh Withdrawal Report), and countersign after each transaction.
  • Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and disputes.
  • Submit Daily Monitoring Reports to the Warehouse Manager at the end of each shift.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding any issues related to blast operations.
  • Prepare and submit Incident Reports involving warehouse personnel to the HR Department and maintain proper documentation.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Superior.
