Job Title: Python Developer

Employment Type: Perm

Location/ Work Mode: Pasay or Cebu

Work Type: Hybrid, 3 RTO

Shift: US shift

The
Python Developer
will be responsible for developing and enhancing compliance tests within Forward Networks to ensure that all network equipment configurations supported by client comply with client Standards, Design Guides, and Technical Bulletins. This role requires a strong background in Python, SQL, Regex, JSON, and XML, as well as an understanding of network configurations and logical workflows.

The developer will collaborate closely with client Architects, and the client QA team to validate compliance tests, review Modular Configuration Standards (MCS) and DNAC templates, and ensure accurate implementation of network compliance policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Total 8 years of development experience, out of which 5 years with Python development


• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Regex, JSON, and XML.


• Strong understanding of network configurations, templates, and compliance testing.


• Experience working with Cisco, Palo Alto, Arista, Wireless, and other networking technologies.


• Ability to analyze and interpret network configuration standards and design guides.


• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.


• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred:


• Experience with Forward Networks or similar network compliance tools.


• Familiarity with DNAC and NDFC templates.


• Previous experience working with network automation and compliance testing frameworks.


• Knowledge of client's network standards is a plus.
