    3:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Tuesdays to Saturdays)
  • Regular Shift:
    8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mondays to Fridays)

Job Scope:

The Senior Data Analyst is a key contributor in shaping the organization's data intelligence strategy by leveraging advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence. This role combines deep analytical skills, statistical expertise, and AI knowledge to generate actionable insights, streamline business processes, and support strategic decision-making. The analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, develops intelligent models, and acts as a subject matter expert in integrating AI and machine learning into the organization's analytics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities using statistical techniques and AI/ML algorithms.
  • Design, develop, and implement predictive and prescriptive models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI technologies (e.g., natural language processing for automating invoice and expense categorization, computer vision for document processing and validation, machine learning for anomaly detection, risk scoring, and financial forecasting, and recommendation systems for client advisory insights) into existing data workflows.
  • Build dashboards, visualizations, and tools to communicate findings and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML developments and bring forward innovative applications to improve business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
  • At least 4 to 6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar field with at least 2+ years in applying AI/ML techniques in real-world settings.
  • Strong business acumen with experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations).
  • Proven track record in driving business impact through analytics and insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Accounting background is a plus.

Technical and Other Skills

  • Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts, with experience applying them to enhance data analysis, forecasting, and business decision-making.
  • Understanding of CRM/ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP) and how to leverage them for analytics.
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation; working knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.
  • Skilled in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities for data modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong grasp of statistical techniques including forecasting, regression, and A/B testing; experience with machine learning libraries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift) and handling large datasets.
  • Experience with data warehouses, ETL processes, and tools for data cleaning and transformation.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices and project collaboration tools.
