Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join goFLUENT's business-critical Analytics team, playing a key role in understanding and interpreting complex data to drive strategic business decisions. You will create insightful visualizations and reports, uncover actionable insights, and actively contribute to the adoption of next-generation data visualization and computational technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis, Visualization & Insights

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions; develop and implement predictive analytics models and statistical methodologies to forecast business outcomes.
• Design, develop, and maintain intuitive dashboards, visualizations, and reports that clearly communicate data-driven insights.
• Actively participate in a transformative project aimed at adopting advanced data visualization and analytical technologies.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with various goFLUENT teams, including Database, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders, to understand analytical needs and translate them into practical, actionable solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other Analytics team members, fostering a data-centric culture and supporting professional growth.

Data Integrity & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data through rigorous validation, ETL processes, and continuous quality control.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and drive enhancements in data practices, analytics processes, and infrastructure.

Qualifications
Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Demonstrable experience using Tableau or similar BI visualization tools, along with familiarity in migrating and recreating dashboards.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong SQL skills; comfortable performing database investigations, data extraction, and data view creation.
• Experience with Python (preferred), enabling consistent and scalable analytical practices.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and tools; able to apply statistical reasoning to practical business contexts.
• Exposure to other data visualization tools is a plus.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines).

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Strong analytical thinking skills, detail-oriented, and precise in analyzing and disseminating complex information.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and motivated by challenges.

Additional Requirements

• Must be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status.
• Willing to work on-site in Eastwood City, Quezon City.
