Role Overview

As our AI Specialist, you will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions while also leading system integration projects to connect Vault Outsourcings tools, portals, and external client systems. Your work will power our recruitment, sales, HR, and client services functionsmaking them faster, smarter, and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Development
    • Build and integrate AI modules for CV parsing, candidate scoring, and automated first interviews.
    • Create NLP-driven chatbots, sentiment analysis tools, and predictive analytics models.
    • Enhance automation capabilities for recruitment, sales reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Client & Employee Portal Enhancement
    • Continue developing and improving Vault Outsourcings secure online portal for clients and employees.
    • Integrate AI-driven features for analytics, reporting, and self-service capabilities.
  • System Integration (SI)
    • Design and implement API-driven integrations between internal systems (recruitment portal, client/employee portal, CRM, ATS, HRIS) and external platforms.
    • Work with middleware and automation tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Zapier, Make) to unify workflows.
    • Ensure secure and efficient data exchange using protocols like OAuth, JWT, and SAML.
  • Data Management
    • Handle large datasets of CVs, client information, and operational data.
    • Ensure all integrations and AI workflows comply with data privacy and security standards.
  • Collaboration
    • Partner with recruitment, sales, and IT teams to ensure AI and integrations align with business objectives.
    • Guide to leadership on AI adoption, automation opportunities, and integration best practices.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML development and system integration.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
    • Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms.
    • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and predictive analytics.
    • Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
    • Experience with web development (PHP, Laravel, React, or similar) for portal enhancements.
    • Understanding of authentication/security protocols for integrations (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
    • Experience with CRM Tools (Preferably Hubspot) is Nice to Have.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
