Job Description

  • Design, build, and refine AI-driven workflows using Glean builder, orchestrating prompts, tools, and multi-step logic.
  • Integrate AI workflows with backend systems using Go/Java, ensuring secure API communication, auth handling, and reliable data exchange.
  • Implement guardrails, validation steps, and error-handling to keep workflows safe, predictable, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business needs into automated AI processes.
  • Set up monitoring, logging, and diagnostics to ensure workflows are observable, measurable, and easy to troubleshoot.
  • Optimize prompts, tool calls, and workflow performance based on user feedback, test runs, and analytics.
  • Maintain structured documentation for workflows, integrations, system behaviors, and operational guidelines.
  • Participate in workflow reviews, safety assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives for AI automation.
Job Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, AI automation, or systems integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Glean builder, LLM orchestration tools, or prompt workflow platforms.
  • Strong integration skills using Go or Java, including REST APIs, authentication flows, and service communication patterns.
  • Familiar with logging, monitoring, observability tools, and debugging production-grade systems.
  • Ability to write clear, simple, and structured documentation for prompts, workflows, and integration logic.
