Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 62,000 to 84,000 to apply.

We are looking for an AI Software Developer to work within a cross-functional team and create technical solutions using generative AI tools and technologies. The role involves delivering working, well-constructed Proof of Concepts that meet requirements and enable business needs and benefits to be evaluated.

What will you do as an AI Software Developer?

Reporting to the Head of AI Development, his position focuses on leveraging advanced AI technologies to solve complex business problems and enhance the company's technological capabilities.

• Develop AI-powered solutions using no code/low code following agreed architectural principles, best practices, and organizational standards.
• Evaluate AI technologies and platforms to determine the best fit for performance, cost, and compatibility.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards while mitigating potential risks.
• Write and develop clean, maintainable code and participate in peer reviews to uphold code quality.
• Develop and execute testing strategies, including unit, integration, and system testing.
