The position holder shall directly oversee the respective performance on the job of all branch personnel, and as such shall be responsible for administering the following functions:

  1. Sales
  2. Collection
  3. Planning and marketing activities
  4. Spare Parts business monitoring
  5. Inventory management both for MCs and Spare parts
  6. Business facilities and equipment monitoring
  7. Logistics requirements
  8. Administrative functions over direct reports
  9. Career plotting proposals for subordinates
  10. Handling customer grievances beyond the discretion or authority of Branch Managers concerned.
  11. Continuing background investigation and monitoring of all subordinates.

He shall render administrative oversight over all direct reports through recruitment and selection, management, and development of all employees under the area of assignment.

  1. Participate in interview with potential applicants for any branch-level position.
  2. Train, coach and motivate staff within area of assignment.
  3. Oversee and ensure implementation of company policies and regulations.
