
Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive growth, build relationships, and be a key player in promoting our signage solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connection, enjoys building trust with clients, and is passionate about helping businesses elevate their brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and digital outreach.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored signage solutions.
- Presentations & Proposals: Create and deliver compelling presentations and customized proposals to potential clients.
- Quotations & Sales: Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Customer Satisfaction: Follow up after project completion to ensure client satisfaction and generate repeat business or referrals.
- Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and pipeline status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales (experience in signage, advertising, or printing is a plus).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site inspections.
