Criminal Defense Associate

About the Role

As a Criminal Defense Associate, you will be working with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on how we can assist them. This may involve conducting initial consultations, gathering information about their cases, and collaborating with our team of experienced attorneys to develop effective strategies for resolving their issues.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions, communicating with clients via phone, email, or in-person, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

In addition to your direct responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new business initiatives, collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and procedures, and participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent Michael & Associates with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they contact us.
  • Handle Client Calls with Care: Manage incoming calls from prospective clients, answering their questions with clarity, providing guidance, and scheduling consultations with our attorneys.
  • Own the Client Journey: Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.
