Qualifications;

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Customs Administration/Marketing Management/Export Marketing or equivalent

· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in sales for freight forwarding company, carriers or experience in Customer service industries.

· knowledgeable in Airfreight, Ocean Freight and Logistics, previous sales experiences is an advantage.

· Required skills(s); excellent computer skills, expertise in forwarding, logistics, and brokerage transactions, with good interpersonal skills and a team leader

· Good communication skills, public speaking, written and presentation skills.

· Preferably Manager specialized in Sales – Both freight of Air, Sea and Warehousing

·Can utilize MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Canva and knowledge in other AI tools such as salesforce an advantage,

· Provides to a buyer to offer goods or services at a stated price, under specified conditions.

· Provides quotations.

· Provide weekly report regarding sales activities, market updates and any topics in regard to Sales activity

· Increase customer data base, manage sales projects and staffs.

· Secure new accounts

· Achieve the sales target given by the company

· Help manage to present realistic forecasts to the management including current trends to set future sales goals

· Build and promote strong customer base by understanding their needs
