Role Description:

The Facade Design Associate supports the conceptualization, development, and execution of innovative and practical facade design solutions. Working closely with senior designers, engineers, and project teams, the associate is responsible for translating design ideas into detailed technical drawings and 3D models, ensuring design intent aligns with project objectives and engineering constraints. This role involves active participation in design reviews, contribution of creative ideas, and assistance in preparing comprehensive documentation such as material specifications and detailed facade layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of facade design concepts, preparing detailed technical drawings and 3D models.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to align design outputs with overall project goals.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
  • Assist in creating comprehensive design documentation, including specifications and material lists.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Experience: +3 years of experience in facade design or a similar role.

Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Invetor, AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration skills. Exposure to facade-specific design tools like SketchUp or BIM software is a plus.
