We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning including FEED Stage, coordinating, and managing project activities, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, establish timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

The Senior Project Manager will also identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies, while maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. A strong background in project management methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster a positive team environment and promote effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in Buildings and Offices, Housing, Condominiums, Hi-End Residentials, Civil works, Pile Driving, Reclamation, Mechanical and Electrical basic knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Project Scheduling).
