MAJOR:

  1. Serves as overall in-charge of Finance team's petty cash fund

  2. Timely submission of petty cash replenishment to the AP team

  3. Timely and accurate issuance of Acknowledgment Receipts to customers

  4. Timely deposit of collections

  5. On-time and accurate recording of customer payments in NetSuite

  6. Accuracy of expenses recorded in the petty cash monitoring and replenishment

  7. Timely submission of month-end reports such as cash count form and petty cash monitoring

  8. Coordination with Accounts Receivable team for identification of collected invoices for OR issuance and OR monitoring updates

MINOR:

  1. Timely submission of weekly OR monitoring reports

  2. Assist the Financial Reporting team in reconciling unidentified collections

Filing of financial documents, such as receipts, petty cash liquidations, and other related records

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 0–2 years of experience in treasury, cashiering, or finance support roles, open to fresh graduates
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
