Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines ONE ENGINE Full time ₱70,000 - ₱120,000 per year

As a GoGym Coach, you will do more than lead workouts — you'll help create a clean, friendly, and inclusive space where members of all fitness levels feel welcome and supported.

This is a hybrid role that combines personal training, gym upkeep, sales support, and member engagement. You'll help maintain our gym facilities, assist members with proper technique and training advice, offer and deliver PT sessions, and ensure everyone feels part of the GoGym community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one and small-group personal training sessions for members
  • Actively promote and sell PT packages to new and existing members
  • Greet and engage with members on the gym floor; offer technique tips, encouragement, and general support
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the gym (equipment, floors, restrooms, etc.) during every shift
  • Support gym opening and closing procedures (depending on assigned shift)
  • Perform routine equipment checks and escalate any maintenance issues
  • Help new members feel oriented, safe, and welcomed on their first visit
  • Participate in fitness challenges, events, and community-building activities at the gym
  • Report daily activity logs, PT session data, and member feedback to the Gym Manager

Qualifications

  • Experience as a personal trainer, fitness coach, or gym floor staff preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude
  • Reliable and punctual; must be able to commute consistently to assigned gym location
  • Willing and able to assist with basic cleaning and upkeep tasks as part of shift responsibilities
  • Must be proactive and comfortable speaking with members to promote PT sessions
  • Preferred: Has own motorcycle or reliable transportation
  • Preferred: Holder of fitness certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, TESDA NCII, CPR/First Aid)
