Job Description

We are looking for a Visayan-speaking candidate to support our Machine Sales Department in promoting Material Handling Equipment and related services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in sales generation, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating sales activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Commitments to Machine Sales Department

o Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics sectors and other industries that using Material Handling Equipment.

o Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and onsite visits

o Utilize data gathered to create comprehensive reports to be discussed during monthly sales meeting

o Assist MSE with documents needed during their field visits.

Machine Sales Customer Service

o Assisting customers inquiries

o Forwarding inquiries to assigned MSE's

o Arrange and set-up meetings / appointments for Management and MSEs

o Contacting of inactive / old accounts, establishing network with contact person and booking of meetings

Customer Relationship Management

o Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote customer retention and repeat business.

o Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and post-sale support.

o Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address emerging needs.

Product Knowledge

Maintain knowledge of material handling equipment and solutions, including forklifts, pallet and other relative products

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in Visayan.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
