JOB DESCRIPTION
Training Support
-Photoshoot of trainees to be used for ID and announcements requiring photo
-Uploading of photos to OneDrive and renaming for easier reference Intern Support
-Monitoring of signed Contract-Receive and review onboarding requirements-Endorse to leads once onboarding readiness is confirmed
-Request and process Vendor Code (VC) via eSAS, monitor approval and update the details in database
-Monitor and record Sellers' compliance with license/certificate requirements (DHSUD, PRC, AMLA) to ensure they remain updated and compliant
Onboarding to Offboarding Support-Assist in sending Contract of Services (COC) to active sellers via DocuSign
-Prepare and assist seller's ID template preparation/ printing-Assist in editing of Layouts for Business Cards production-Checking of
-Collect and compile ORs/SIs of Sales Team for quarterly submission to accounting department
-Check lacking ORs/SIs for Exit Clearance
-Releasing of Clearance Certificate
International/External Partners Support
-Perform initial review of requirements, request, monitor, and update VC for brokers in the database.
-Collate/review requirements of roadshow delegates. -Assist in routing proposals via DocuSign.
-Prepare identification cards for delegates Other Support -Prepare and process payment-related items for Seller Ops RCCP eSAS RFP PR/PO RR
-Assist in sales events such as registration, live streaming, event documentation, preparation of producers' decks or as assigned Sample events: monthly GMA, Kick Off, Midyear, Annual Awards, Training relate
QUALIFICATION
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Psychology, or any related field in business or human resource
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SAP and Smartsheet is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and compliance
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
•Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
