Social Media Manager

We're Hiring: Social Media Manager 100% Remote

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow approximately seven social media accounts across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent branding, engagement, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all assigned accounts. (Increase traffic with all profiles (4+))
• Manage posting schedules, branding consistency, and audience engagement.
• Track analytics, insights, and platform performance to optimize strategy.
• Collaborate with the team to capture content during events, shoots, and productions.
• Respond to messages, comments, and community interactions professionally. (Convert followers to customers)
• Coordinate with partners, sponsors, and media teams when needed. (Building partnerships/connections)

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong proficiency in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube - understanding of algorithms, best practices, and platform-specific content strategies
• Canva (or similar) - creating engaging graphics, branded visuals, and social media posts
• Content Planning & Scheduling - experience managing posting calendars and maintaining brand consistency across multiple accounts
• Experience managing 4+ social media accounts simultaneously
• Creative storytelling and copywriting skills for social media posts and captions
• Community Management - responding to messages, comments, and audience interactions professionally
• Follower-to-customer conversion strategies - understanding of sales funnels and CTAs within social content
• Basic analytics and insights tracking to measure engagement, reach, and content performance

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Notion for content planning and project management
• GiveButter or similar fundraising/donation platform experience
• FloDesk or similar email marketing platform experience
• Video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Experience coordinating with sponsors, partners, or media teams
• On-site or event content capture experience
• Google Drive organization and collaboration proficiency
• Experience in the media or entertainment industry
• Partnership building and influencer outreach experience
• WhatsApp for business communication

Work Schedule: 12 MN - 9 AM Philippine Time (Full-Time).
