Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef de Partie (Hot/Pastry) located in Cagayan De Oro City. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within their specialty, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, and monitoring portion and waste control. Additionally, the Chef de Partie will assist with menu creation, supervision of kitchen operations, and training junior chefs.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills in preparing, cooking, and presenting hot and pastry dishes
  • Knowledge of food hygiene, safety standards, and portion control
  • Experience in menu creation and recipe development
  • Supervisory skills and ability to train junior kitchen staff
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or fine-dining establishment
