Sales and Admin Officer

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive team member to handle sales and promotion, client relationship management, and inventory coordination. The role includes processing orders, managing stock levels, sourcing products, and coordinating with suppliers. You will also support shipment handling, reporting, and marketing preparations to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
•
Minimum 2 years of work experience
in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, and Administrative functions.
Experience in the
manning/shipping industry with vast connection
is an advantage and preferred.
• College graduate / Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
•
Must be willing to report onsite (Monday to Friday)
at Legazpi Village, Makati City
• Must be available to start immediately

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Selling and promotion of products and services.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• In-charge of merchandise ordering, product sourcing, quality check, and distribution.
• Responsible in monitoring and maintaining inventory level to prevent under-or-over investment in inventory.
• Generates orders for PPE, materials, and/or supplies and maintains records and files of the same.
• Provides accurate, current inventory data/reports for purchasing decisions.
• Prepares periodic reports of sales and inventory balance, overage and shortages as required.
• Process Purchase Order (P.O.) and record keeping.
• Process Sales Order (S.O.) and goods receiving (G.R.) in the system.
• Prepares and submit Payment Request (P.R.) and necessary follow thru and record keeping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and system being used.
• Participate in cycle and periodic physical count.
• Handles incoming/outgoing shipments and delivery distribution.
• Receives and inspects inventory shipments for accurate quantity and conformity on given matrix/product specifications.
• Prepares merchandise and marketing materials for product presentation to clients.
• Deals with the suppliers for all merchandise requirements and timely deliveries and distribution.
• Handles email correspondence with internal and external clients.
• Performs other job-related works as deemed necessary.
