Position Overview

The Sales Supervisor will manage client relationships, address inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that increase sales revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Create and refine strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Manage and develop relationships with Japanese-speaking clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Lead and mentor team members to enhance performance.

Requirements

  • JLPT N2 proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) and English.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus.

Pay: Php60, Php120,000.00 per month
