About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Content Manager who excels in creating high-impact B2B content. You'll be responsible for managing our content pipeline, producing high-quality assets, and collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales to support brand growth and pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Content Lifecycle

  • Plan, manage, and maintain the content calendar across multiple channels
  • Write and edit high-quality B2B content: blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, scripts, ads, and website copy
  • Coordinate asset creation with designers, video editors, and subject-matter experts
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and visual identity

Drive Content Performance

  • Work with Insights and Marketing Automation teams to launch targeted content initiatives
  • Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion across channels
  • Analyze performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, CTR, and conversions
  • Use analytics to iterate, improve, and scale top-performing content
  • Support lead management by working with Sales Ops to maintain content accuracy, deliverability, and proper routing

Strengthen Content Strategy

  • Maintain updated messaging frameworks and value propositions by persona and use case
  • Monitor industry and platform trends to recommend improvements
  • Propose data-backed content experiments with clear hypotheses and KPIs
  • Ensure consistency in positioning across the website, campaigns, and sales enablement materials

You Might Be a Great Fit If You…

  • Have 4–6+ years of content creation or content management experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Have a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful content across multiple formats
  • Understand core marketing concepts: buyer journeys, funnel stages, attribution, and lead nurturing
  • Can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content
  • Use AI tools to ideate and draft, but rely on human-level storytelling for final output
  • Have strong organization, communication, and project management skills
  • Can handle multiple content tracks and deadlines simultaneously
