THE CONTENT CREATOR

The Content Creator is responsible for developing, producing, and optimizing short-form video content that strengthens the company's digital brand presence in social media platforms. This role ensures that all content aligns with brand guidelines, supports marketing objectives, and adheres to platform best practices. The position requires strong creative direction, technical execution, and a deep understanding of social media trends and user behaviors.

Primary Responsibilities

Plan, script, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram.

Ensure all outputs are consistent with brand identity, tone, and visual standards.

Manage end-to-end production, including pre-production planning, on-camera execution, and post-production editing.

Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to inform content strategy.

Recommend and implement content approaches that enhance reach, engagement, and audience retention.

Collaborate with the marketing team in developing and scheduling the content calendar.

You'll bring value by:

Serving as on-screen talent for product features, demonstrations, campaigns, and promotional content.

Communicating the brand by messaging clearly, professionally, and confidently on camera.

Tracking and analyzing the performance of published content using built-in platform analytics and internal reporting tools.

Providing regular performance summaries and strategic recommendations to the marketing team.

Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement based on audience insights and data trends.

You'll contribute to our growth by:

Coordinating with Marketing, Retail and E-commerce teams to ensure campaign alignment and content relevance.

Supporting brand events, store activities, and product launches through timely content creation.

Maintaining organized documentation for all content assets, versions, and approval


Qualifications & Skills

Experience in content creation, social media marketing, or lifestyle production is preferred

Strong portfolio showcasing TikTok/IG content (lifestyle/fashion preferred).

Skilled in shooting, editing, lighting, and basic creative tools.

Comfortable appearing on camera and creating personality-driven content.

Able to work independently and meet production timeline
