About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tax and Compliance Supervisor to manage and oversee the company's tax and compliance functions. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, adherence to Philippine tax laws, and supporting the finance team with planning and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the preparation and submission of all tax returns and compliance reports
  • Ensure compliance with all BIR and government regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement tax strategies and policies
  • Conduct internal reviews and audits for compliance accuracy
  • Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies when needed
  • Provide guidance and support to accounting staff on tax-related matters

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a tax and compliance supervisory role, preferably within the accounting industry
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations
  • Proficient in tax software and other accounting tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA certification is a strong advantage
