Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for catering and banquet services

  • Present and pitch our offerings to potential clients with confidence and creativity

  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and maintain client relationships

  • Coordinate event details with clients and internal teams to ensure flawless execution

  • Provide top-tier customer service before, during, and after events

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRA, HRM, Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration

  • Strong sales skills – confident in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)

  • Highly motivated, persistent, and customer-focused

  • With at least 1 year of relevant experience in the food or catering industry — fresh graduates are welcome to apply
