
Events and Production Assistant

Work Arrangement: Daily onsite reporting, with potential for weekend work or overtime
Reporting Site: 30th Corporate Center, Pasig City, Six/NEO Building, BGC Taguig
Budget range:
Experienced Assoc (1-2 years exp) - Php 30,000 base
Entry level (0-1 year experience) - Php 25,000 base
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-1 year experience in related field
- Good to excellent communication skills (will be coordinating w/ internal and external stakeholders)
- Media and tech savvy
- Preferred experience in event support, engagement projects, or similar initiatives
- Must be willing to report on weekends or render long work hours
- Willing to do field work/ocular visits to venue
Good to haves: Audio and video tech troubleshooting knowledge Content writing
Responsibilities:
- Promote the employee engagement project, including related activities, programs and events.
- Perform legwork of overall event production [implementation, and technical management oversight of on-site, off-site and hybrid events]
- Keep track of the schedule of events and prepare ahead the logistics and admin requirements
- Prepare permits and clearances
- Prepare program and event sequence
- Assist the team with technical setup (e.g., sound system, lights, cameras, etc.)
- Handle production design required for each event
- Assist in doing technical run-throughs with the hosts, project leads and management committee
- Ensure the seamless execution and flow of operations from ingress to egress
- Discuss the results (green and red flags) of executions to concerned parties
- Coordinate with vendors the requirements needed for each event
- Field work/ocular inspection of potential venues
