Meet the team:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Customer Advocacy organization. In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects that support the continuous improvement and compliance of our global PMS processes, systems, and reporting. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that enhance complaint handling, product investigations, risk management, and regulatory reporting. This includes managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment with business objectives and global regulatory requirements. You will work closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Safety, and IT teams to drive initiatives that strengthen our surveillance capabilities and ensure timely, data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle.

Where you come in:

As a Project Manager II, you'll be responsible for leading the planning and execution of projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects. Your role will involve managing more complex projects and taking on challenging responsibilities/s.

What makes you successful:

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, etc.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• You're a natural organizer with a keen eye for detail.
• You're a strong communicator who can clearly and concisely convey information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You're a problem-solver who can think on your feet and develop solutions to challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
• You're a team player who is adept at collaborating with others and building relationships.
• You have a proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
