And because Proview Global cares, we are offering a hybrid work arrangement The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. The successful candidate will be reporting onsite at least twice a month for team and/or company-required meetings and trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:

  • Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
  • Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
  • Table that can fit a laptop and a 24-inch monitor, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem
  • Work from home location is within NCR.

General Objective:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing email marketing campaigns, maintaining CRM data, updating the website and social media, creating presentations and content, and supporting sales tracking efforts. This role supports marketing and sales initiatives across commercial interior furniture and design industry clients.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Design and dispatch targeted email campaigns and follow‑up sequences
  • Develop marketing content (blog, social media, sales collateral)
  • Manage presentation setup for dealers, architects, design firms, and end‑clients
  • Maintain and update website content
  • Oversee social media channels: LinkedIn & Instagram
  • Support CRM activities: lead tracking, data entry, quote management, follow-ups
  • Maintain sales database in Excel; monitor pipeline stages (suspect → client)
  • Assist in compiling design proposal packages and presentation support materials

What are the requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in commercial interior furniture, architectural sales, or design industry support is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and Excel-based tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Skilled in presentation design with expertise in PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
