Job Responsibilities:

  • In-charge of punch listing and handles the rectification works of in-house and contractual projects.
  • Act as Quality Control Inspector for in-house and contractual projects, prepares the inspection request and submission/filing of inspection reports, and handing over upon completion of the project.
  • Monitor the implementation of issued drawings and reviews the designs and plans before, during and after execution.
  • Ensure proper coordination with Project Management, Design Department, Engineering Department, Consultants and Contractors for the implementation of plans.
  • Coordinate with Project Engineers regarding the changes and update on plans during the construction process.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Architecture.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Candidate must be a Licensed Architect.
