Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field

● With at least 1 year of work experience in a liaison, messenger, or administrative support role

● Experience dealing with government agencies (e.g., BIR, LGUs, etc.) is a strong advantage

● Knowledge in handling document tracking, filing, and reporting

● Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

● Proficiency in route planning and time management

● Ability to create basic accomplishment or fieldwork reports

● Strong attention to detail and document accuracy

● Good verbal and written communication skills

● Excellent time management and organization skills
