About the role

LEC Steel Manufacturing Corp. is seeking an energetic and reliable Messenger / Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As a Messenger / Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication and coordination between our office and external stakeholders. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operations of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other materials to and from various destinations in a timely and professional manner
  2. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests from clients, suppliers, and other external parties
  3. Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and other administrative tasks as required
  4. Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and communications
  5. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
  3. Proven experience as a Messenger, Liaison Officer, or in a similar customer-facing role
  4. Good knowledge of the local area and strong familiarity with the road network and public transportation system in Metro Manila
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Proficiency in English and the local language
  7. Motorcycle driving is a MUST.
