Job Summary:

The Member Care Specialist is responsible for the daily operations of Member Care Section of the department, including the member concerns in SOs and NCR Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage membership-related communications, including text blasts, email announcements, and birthday greetings to members.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all types of member inquiries and complaints through various communication channels.
  • Log, monitor, and update member concerns using the CARE-Log system, ensuring proper tagging, follow-up, and closure within prescribed timelines.
  • Provide administrative and frontline assistance to the Membership Section in handling member requests and documentation.
  • May also assist the Membership Recruitment Team during seminars and other membership promotion or orientation activities, as assigned.
  • Offer technical support and guidance to members on iTrack and mobile banking–related concerns.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics:

  • Bachelors/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • With 1-2 years work experience specializing in Banking, Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Systematic, organized, and resourceful
  • Flexible, courteous, and trainable, with an outgoing personality
  • Proactive and possesses a strong sense of urgency
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
