Job Summary

The
Senior Treasury Analyst
plays a key role in supporting and managing day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, loan administration, foreign exchange activities, and financial risk controls. The role works closely with finance, accounting, and external banking partners to ensure liquidity, compliance, and the accurate execution of treasury transactions. The Senior Treasury Analyst also contributes to process improvements, system enhancements, and the development of efficient treasury practices.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily management of in-house loan lending and related treasury activities.
  • Independently perform loan checks to ensure full compliance with approved loan criteria and internal policies.
  • Coordinate and reconcile foreign exchange transactions, ensuring alignment between trading platforms, bank statements, and internal records.
  • Monitor and manage the shared treasury mailbox, ensuring timely responses to loan- and treasury-related inquiries within defined service levels.
  • Conduct daily reviews and maintain proper filing of legal and contractual agreements to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform quarterly reviews of credit facilities and arrange applicable fees in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including banks and financial institutions, while coordinating closely with internal teams on treasury and payment-related matters.
  • Support treasury enhancement initiatives, including system testing, process improvements, and operational efficiency projects.
  • Monitor bank accounts and oversee cash movements to ensure accuracy, authorization, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Assist in the preparation, validation, and submission of treasury-related reports and analyses.
  • Provide ad-hoc operational support and coverage during team absences to ensure continuity of treasury operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least
    5–6 years of relevant experience
    in Finance, Corporate Treasury, or Accounting, preferably within an international or shared services environment.
  • Exposure to
    supervisory or managerial responsibilities
    is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
