Job description

· Responsible for personnel management, production planning, inventory control and sales analysis

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

· Ensures quality and freshness of all produce products

· Prepares production plan on a weekly and monthly basis

· Monitors and facilitates the actual inventory of all stocks as well as the checking of bi-monthly shopping list and compares them with the item ledger and conducts actual counts for proper system adjustment

· Sees to it that all machines are scheduled for preventive maintenance and explains and instructs all users for proper machine maintenance and operation and make reports on all malfunctioning machine to Maintenance Department

Qualifications

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

· At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in supervisory level in relation to the field is required for this position.

· Required skills: good communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical, leadership, and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
