Team Leader

Location: MARILAO BULACAN

General Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff (checkers, pickers, operators, etc.) to achieve daily operational targets.
  • Monitor team performance, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP), and maintain quality standards.
  • Coordinate work schedules, task assignments, and shift rotations.
  • Provide on-the-job guidance, support, and coaching to team members.
  • Communicate with warehouse supervisors and management regarding operational issues, delays, or safety concerns.
  • Prepare daily reports on productivity, attendance, and other performance indicators.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety and workplace regulations.

Qualifications:

  • At least College Level or Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations and at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word).
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
