Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant with strong sales experience and fluency in Spanish to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates well, and can confidently assist with client coordination, lead generation, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients via email, chat, and calls
- Handle sales inquiries, provide product/service information, and assist in converting leads
- Manage CRM data entry, follow-ups, and pipeline updates
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars
- Prepare reports, summaries, and basic documentation
- Support the team with general administrative tasks
- Assist in market research and outreach when needed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong sales background or experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or customer acquisition
- Previous VA or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using CRM tools, email platforms, and productivity apps
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
