This role plays a vital part in driving occupancy across a diverse portfolio of residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage leasing activities from initial inquiry to application follow-up. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and text. Follow up with prospective tenants and maintain consistent communication throughout the leasing process. Advertise available units on rental platforms and social media, ensuring listings are up-to-date and engaging. Schedule property viewings and coordinate virtual tours if needed. Track leads and update CRM or leasing systems regularly. Screen applicants for initial eligibility and assist with application processing as needed. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy. Maintain detailed records of all tenant interactions and leasing activities. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a leasing or property management role (U.S. market experience preferred). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong follow‑up and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Comfortable using property management or CRM software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, etc.). Tech‑savvy and able to multitask in a fast‑paced remote environment. Experience in virtual leasing or remote tenant communication is a plus.
