Job Responsibilities

  • Help customers via email, chat, and telephone
  • Work together with your team to reach the best customer satisfaction (including other KPIs)
  • Help to resolve customer queries
  • Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
  • Strong customer service skills, highly motivated team player
  • Monitor chatrooms to ensure good behavior and customer engagement

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Background in customer service, this can be face-to-face, online, or via phone calls
  • Multi-tasking and time management
  • Previous iGaming experience would be great but not essential
  • Flexibility to work different shift patterns

Work conditions

  • 5 days onsite reporting in Macapagal, Pasay
  • Rotational Shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
