Job Responsibilities
- Help customers via email, chat, and telephone
- Work together with your team to reach the best customer satisfaction (including other KPIs)
- Help to resolve customer queries
- Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
- Strong customer service skills, highly motivated team player
- Monitor chatrooms to ensure good behavior and customer engagement
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Background in customer service, this can be face-to-face, online, or via phone calls
- Multi-tasking and time management
- Previous iGaming experience would be great but not essential
- Flexibility to work different shift patterns
Work conditions
- 5 days onsite reporting in Macapagal, Pasay
- Rotational Shift
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
