Position: Hub Agent (Maritime Industry)
Company Industry: Maritime Company
Work Location: Pasay City
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: Php20,000-Php43,000
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder of Marine, Logistics, or other related courses
✨Fresh graduate can apply
✨ Amenable to attend interviews
✨ Willing to work onsite
✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Coordinate all Hub Agreement activities and ensure timely appointment handling with designated agents.
✨ Monitor port call execution and collaborate closely with agents and vendors to meet customer expectations.
✨ Provide ships agency support to customers, the Hub team, and the Sales department, including operational and DA-related follow-ups.
✨ Utilize customer insights to promote agency services, resolve operational issues, and support Hub Agreement pricing in coordination with Sales.
✨ Maintain and update agency agreement information within IT systems while ensuring full regulatory and internal compliance.
